Culinary fears is one of the fears that I found out about in this blog. I too have this fear of ruining dishes if I don`t do it right. I am yet to try this Peaches and Cream dessert with homemade balsamic glaze. A balsamic glaze involves cooking down or reducing balsamic vinegar until it thickens into a lovely glaze or syrup. As it cooks down, the vinegar becomes lightly sweet, but still has a nice bite without the harsh acidity that can overpower a dish. I am sure it will come out good, I hope!
