Hi There! Welcome to The Women Talk Blog
When I first started this blog, I did not think anyone besides my husband and my sisters would be reading my ramblings. But as I became more focused, my readership grew. I am so thrilled to meet new friends every day.
I am so grateful for my family for they are my biggest supporters and encourage me to be the best at what I do. My dad and mom worked hard to make sure that their children were well educated. My sister made sure that I was pampered really well whenever I needed to. My husband always supports me with my blogging adventures. He is the one who set up this blog for me, helped design my logo, and technically maintains this blog.
Purpose Behind Starting This Blog
When my son was born few years ago, I wanted to make a journal of his milestones, his daily routine and keep a collection of kid friendly recipes at one place. I also shared his pictures from time to time with my family and friends using TWT as a medium. My very first post was for my dad on Father’s Day. With time, friends of friends and family started reading my blog and I started getting more engagement from my readers.
That was when I started to take my blog seriously and started sharing more than just one or two liners. I started sharing healthy recipes, DIY ideas for kids, money saving tips for parents, blogging tips, home decor and organization tips. That’s why, even though my blog existed in 2012 for my personal ramblings, I actually started blogging in 2014.
I love that you took time to read all about me. I would love to know more about you as well. Please share something about yourself in the comment box below.
