The days are getting shorter, weather is getting crisp, leaves are changing colors. Some of the strong indications that Fall is coming.

Summer to Fall transition can be hard on some, but when you think of leaves changing into glorious colors, beautiful cozy evenings, snuggling into blankets and sipping hot cocoa, don’t you want to fall in love with Fall, all over again?

Oh, Pumpkin. Fall is incomplete without the touch of pumpkin.

For me, getting into Fall spirit means cooking and relishing pumpkin dishes on those lazy Saturday mornings. What’s more, it can be used to make breakfast, dinner, dessert, lattes or any beverages more flavorful. It gives that perfect comforting feeling that we crave for on those crisp mornings.

That is why come Fall, I get busy searching and bookmarking my favorite Pumpkin dishes that I try to make on the weekends. So, I am sharing my favorite Paleo Pumpkin recipes that make up for mouthwatering treats for the whole family. Who can resist the delicious and savory pumpkin goodness in form of these desserts and beverages.

1. Vegan Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream

Danielle Walker of Against All Grain created this egg and dairy free Vegan Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream with fresh picked pumpkins.

Even though this recipe does not contain egg and dairy, you won’t miss these ingredients, it is so creamy and has all of the aromatic spices that you find in a pumpkin pie.

As you read this recipe and the inspiration behind it, you will feel the spirit of Fall and the nostalgia from your own childhood days. This is a great make you feel good ice cream, a must try!

2. Pumpkin Fudge {Dairy Free}

Tiffany of The Coconut Mama makes this delicious Pumpkin Fudge using wholesome ingredients like coconut oil, coconut butter, grass fed butter and natural sweeteners like raw honey and pure maple syrup. If you love pumpkin and fudge, you’ll love this recipe!

3. Paleo Pumpkin Protein Cinnamon Rolls

Dre of Delicious by Dre created these healthy grain-free, gluten-free, paleo, and packed with protein pumpkin cinnamon rolls.

You know why these are healthy, and amazingly delicious? They are made with coconut sugar. Satisfy your sugar cravings with these pumpkin cinnamon rolls. You won’t feel guilty when you eat all of these rolls in one go. They have less calories, as compared to the ones you get in the stores.

4. Paleo Pumpkin Mousse (Egg Free, Nut Free)

Lauren of Empowered Sustenance created this delicious Paleo Pumpkin Mousse without using the complicated ingredients, sugar and cream, used in the traditional mousse.

For a thick, luscious result without eggs or dairy, coconut milk and pumpkin purée is set together with gelatin. After it has set, whiz it in a food processor as it transforms into a decadent and paleo-friendly mousse.

5. Pumpkin Banana Spice Cookies

Alisa of Paleo in Pdx created these cookies in less than 30 minutes. I am sure you can use any fruit instead of banana, and these will come out delicious.

6. Raw Paleo Pumpkin Cheesecake

Tom of Fit and Fuel blog came up with this recipe and shares with viewers on this blog. According to Tom, this cheesecake is “as raw as Paleo Pumpkin Cheesecake can possibly get!”

This is one of the must haves for the Turkey Day. This is one of the desserts that is irresistible. And guess what, even if you finish the whole thing, you won’t feel any guilt.

The recipe is almost raw except the pumpkin, which is obviously not raw. Tom went with baked crust so that it wouldn’t get soggy. Without the pumpkin and spices this turns into a completely raw cheesecake recipe.

7. Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Butter Truffles

If you want to try a new recipe, and have some fun while making it, you have to check out Julie’s Butter Truffles at Pale OMG. She not only makes delicious recipes, but also makes them look effortless. And what’s more, these are healthy so you can eat them guilt free. I know, I am going to!

8. Paleo Apple Butter Pumpkin Pie

Ashley of My Heart Beets shared this recipe on her blog. All her recipes are soya free, gluten free and paleo friendly. So is this Apple Butter Pumpkin Pie. Perfect for Thanksgiving dinner and guilt free evening, this is a must try pie.

Ashley says, “This apple butter pumpkin pie is sweet and a little tart. It’s creamy with some crunch from the slightly salty crust. And it’s definitely a different take on your average pumpkin pie.” Just the description makes me want to munch on it right now!

9. Gluten Free Healthy Pumpkin Pancakes

Rebecca Bohl shares this recipe on Paleo Grubs. She made this recipe for two, but if you want to make more, the ingredients can be easily doubled and they will still come out delicious.

These gluten free healthy pancakes are a delicious seasonal twist on classic pancakes. This recipe uses mainly coconut flour and pumpkin puree that in turn makes fluffy and light pancakes – perfect for your cozy weekend morning.

10. Paleo Pumpkin Pie Smoothie (Nut Free)

Tessa from Tessa Domestic Diva creates healthy foods that are gluten free, sugar free, nuts free and paleo. This Pumpkin Pie Smoothie. Perfect for Fall, this recipe is nut free, but raw pecans or cashews can be used in this one.

11. Pumpkin Bread Pudding

Kelly Bejelly from A Girl Worth Saving created this delicious pumpkin bread by accident when she was experimenting in the kitchen with french bread. She suggested exactly what I like with my dessert. Instead of using super sugary sauce on the bread pudding, top this with whipped cream or scoop of vanilla ice cream.
